What can a woman do about anger? Our society has us suppress it (until it explodes at an inconvient time/place) or express it as frustration. Sorry, but that's not working for me.
Never supress your anger. As you noted, it only builds, festers, and eventually explodes - usually against an unintended target. Express your anger. If it is against God, tell him. He can handle it, as he has before. If it is against somebody else, let them know what you are feeling and why without neccessarily placing them at fault. For example, "I feel like I'm not being listened to" or "I feel like the insurance company policies are overwhelming me - I need help and guidance - how can I get that?" I'm not in your shoes so obviously I don't know and I cannot really say "I get it". You know what you are feeling and going through better than any of us.
What Mark says is wise. Once you have calmed down, then marshall your facts, consider your strategy, calmly address the person who is responsible, or who can solve the problem, and use the "we" word.(How can WE solve this problem?) I know it isn't easy and you have a lot of justification for what is going on. It is neither reasonable or fair. Like Ruth Hoffbeck says, "Give it UP (to God)!"
